Dear colleagues!
The Department of Kazakh Literature and Theory of Literature of Philological Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University invites you to take part in a round table on the theme "Topical problems and prospects for the development of Kazakh Folklore" devoted to the 60th anniversary of the famous scientist, folklorist, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Police Colonel Tileubaev Sovetkhan Bayanuly, which will be held on February 9, 2023 in White Hall (No. 409) at Al-Farabi Scientific Library at 11.00 hours.
The round table topics:
1. Stages and tendencies in the development of Kazakh folklore
2. Folklore and literature
3. Genre system of modern folklore
4. Methodic of teaching folklore
The round table languages: Kazakh, Russian, English
The round table is open to researchers, teachers, doctoral students, undergraduates.
Honorary guests of the round table:
1. Sabit Zhambek, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Kazakh Literature of Kokshetau University.
2. Yerzhan Bimoldanov, Candidate of Law’s Sciences, Police Colonel, Deputy Head of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
