The congress program includes more than 100 participants from Azerbaijan, Hungary, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Uzbekistan, who will work online and offline in the following areas for two days:

  • Turkology and Altaic studies in Kazakhstan and in the world: traditional culture and art;
  • Turkic and Altaic languages: history and modernity;
  • Historical and archaeological studies of the processes of the formation and the evolution of the community of Turkic peoples;
  • Ethno-political and interstate processes in the Turkic world in historical dynamics and at the present stage.

The purpose of the Congress is to unite the representatives of different branches of knowledge (linguistics, history, archeology, ethnology, ethnography, cultural studies, philosophy, sociology, political science) in order to comprehend and critically rethink the accumulated knowledge and produce new knowledge in the field of Turkology and Altaic studies.
