On April 13, 2023, an environmental action was held among the 2nd year students of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology on the theme: «Save and preserve». The purpose of the campaign is to form the basis of ecological culture among students. During the event, topical issues of the environmental situation in the world and in Kazakhstan were discussed, issues of reducing the consumption of hard-to-decompose waste and abandoning plastic were touched upon. Among the topics discussed, the issues of bringing cleanliness and order to the faculty were important. Videos about environmental issues were shown. In conclusion, the students made proposals to hold «clean Thursdays» at the faculty.
