"The power and the magnificent beauty of kui"

The Philological Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted the evening with the Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, dombrist-kuishi, Shamil Abiltai on the topic "Kui - kudiret", organized by the staff of A. Baitursynuly Department of Kazakh Linguistics.
It was a spiritual meeting. During the meeting dedicated to the art of kuis, students asked various questions Shamil Abiltai who glorified the national art, and learnt about the history of kuis created by the author. In the evening the students and the lecturers listened to the kuis: "Turan", "Ult ustazy – Akhmet", "Ult Kosemi – Alikhan". During the evening dedicated to kuishi’s creativit, the students also showed their skills of performing kuis and received the kuishi’s blessing.
