THE ESSENCE AND FUNCTION OF THE CONCEPTS OF FIVE NOBLE AND FIVE ENEMIES IN ABAY’S TEACHING Brainstorming lesson on the discipline “Abay's Teaching” (Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Abay Institute)

On November 17, 2021, the Philological Faculty held a problematic lecture and seminar on the subject «Abai’s Teaching» on the topic: «The Essence and Function of the Concepts of Five Noble and Five Enemies in Abai’s Teaching». L. Zh. Musaly, the Acting Professor who taught this discipline held the lesson in brainstorming format.
The lesson was held among the 1st year students of the Faculty of Philology who major in «Kazakh Philology», «Literary Studies», «Turkology». The speakers tried to express their thoughts in a scientific way, based on the scientific ideas by Zh.Dadebayev, a famous Abai scholar, which he discussed in the research paper «Abai's Anthropologism». The students gave their own assessment of the «Noble and Enemy Concepts» and expressed their opinion on this issue.
The students of the Kazakh Department of the Faculty of Philology majoring in «Kazakh Philology», «Literary Studies», «Turkology», «Translation Studies» were well-prepared. The speakers and experts discussed each of «Five Noble Deeds and Five Enemies», gave various examples of their significance in human life, expressed their thoughts in a convincing and reasoning manner. The 1st year students, Aknazar Magzhan, Sailaubay Aruzhan, Miras, Amangeldy, Dametken Sharipkhankyzy, Aruzhan Tleuberdi and others took an active part in the lesson.
