The Independence Day of Kazakhstan is celebrated annually on December 16. On December 11, 2020, in honor of this national holiday, Associate Professor of the Foreign Languages Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Adilbaeva U.B. and senior lecturer, Gayipova G.A. held an educational event on the theme "Independence - freedom of my country" within the framework of the project “Brighten the corner where you are”.
The first-year students of the Faculty of Information Technologies participated in the event. Students made online presentations in English on the topic "Independence - Freedom of my country." The purpose of this event is to teach students to understand and appreciate the independence of our country.
