On April 7, 2021, on the ZOOM platform, the Faculty of Philology hosted the annual international scientific conference "FARABI ALEMI" for young scientists and students.
On April 7, 2021 senior teacher of the Department of Foreign Languages of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Mombekova N.B. held an educational event dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Zhambyl Zhabayev with first-year students of KazNU and Atyrau University on the Zoom platform. The purpose of this event is to contribute to the development of the creative imagination of students, to increase their desire to join the national artistic tradition, to enrich the knowledge of students about the historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the lesson, students of both universities told the biography of the poet, showed a presentation about the poet's work and videos. The lesson was very interesting.
On April 6 2021,the professorial lecture took place at the Faculty of Philology of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The lecture was delivered by the Professor of the Department of Kazakh Linguistics, Doctor of Philology, Avakova Raushan Amirdinovna.
