On April 16, 2021, on the occasion of Alikhan Bukeikhanov’s 155th anniversary of the Chairman of the Government of Alashorda Alikhan Bukeikhanov, a large online event was held in Kazakh and English on the topic “Alikhan Bukeikhanov-the founder of the Alash party”, organized by senior teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Philology and World Languages: Duysenbayeva Sh. S. and Akylova G. S.
On April 16, 2021 the senior teachers of the Chair of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Philology of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University Makhmetova D. M., Nezipbayeva Z. S. and Lugovskaya E. I. , and also the senior teacher of the Department of Philology, the Master of Philology of the Dulati Taraz State University Matzhanova Zhuldyz Knyazevna held an event, the theme of which was : “Great poets of the Kazakh steppe: Dzhambul Jabayev and Mukagali Makatayev”.
On April 14 2021, an online workshop on the topic "Telegram-pedagogy as an innovation in the digital development of Kazakhstani education” took place on ZOOM platform. The speaker was a PhD of the Department of General Linguistics and European Languages of the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Sanatbek Seidekhanov, who is the author of this trend and the developer of a special training course for teaching staff.
