Participation in Erasmus+ teaching mobility program

Deputy Dean of Higher School of Economics and Business on Research & Innovation Affairs and International Cooperation, Senior Lecturer of Management department, PhD Zhidebekkyzy Aknur visited Inholland University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands) from December 16 to 20, 2019 within the framework of Erasmus+ teaching mobility program. During this visit, the following tasks have been accomplished:

1. Lectures on the discipline "Innovation Management" in English for students of the educational program "Entrepreneurship" – 8 hours.

2. Participation in evaluating the pitch session of students on the discipline "Sales Training" with professors M. Springerum and M. Coers – 4 hours.

3. Participation in a workshop on the discussion of the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (CBHE) and self-assessment tools for universities – 2 hours. The workshop was conducted by the coordinator of the international office M. Tilborg.

4. A presentation about Kazakhstan and the structure of the Kazakhstani economy for first-year students –2 hours.

5. Participation in an online session using the Zoom program to evaluate students' work on branding – 1 hour.

6. Participation in the peer-reviewing of group work of students on the discipline "Selling in English". The course is taught by Professor M. Terspstra. The practical lesson was in the format flipped classroom – 2 hours.

Zhidebekkyzy A. visited four campuses located in the cities of Alkmaar, Rotterdam, Diemen (Amsterdam), and Haarlem. In addition, official meetings were held with the following persons to discuss further cooperation:

- Dean of the Faculty of Business, Finance & Law, Dr. N. Rezwani;

- Head of the Department of Internationalization, P. Hogendoorn-Schweighofer;

- International Program Coordinator E. Hendriks.

Inholland University of Applied Sciences is one of the largest universities in the Netherlands, where about 30 thousand students from more than 100 countries study. All training courses are practice-oriented and developed in cooperation with leading European enterprises.
