Purpose	The purpose of the program is to train specialists in the field of finance who have: - in-depth knowledge in the field of finance and the financial system, banks and the banking system, financial management, securities market; - management of financial activities of financial and credit institutions; - - critical analysis in financial decision-making, evaluation and synthesis of new ideas in the context of modern paradigms of finance, able to study the mechanisms, structure and tools of the financial market of modern society; - to assume the functions of an economist in state and interstate bodies and institutions conducting economic cooperation, -to conduct scientific research in the field of the financial system and put them into practice

Learning outcomes	Upon completion of this educational program, students are expected to be able to: ON1 Demonstrate fundamental economic knowledge in the field of the organization of monetary circulation and finance, the basics of the organization and functioning of the financial system of the country as a whole, its individual spheres and links, as well as the basics and features of the implementation of credit relations in the domestic and international markets. Interpret data on the structure, subjects, patterns and dynamics of the development of the modern financial system. Classify the forms of financial relations, goals, functions and main tasks of the activities of state institutions and financial organizations. ON2 Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of scientific theories of various schools and directions. Calculate the impact of modern digital finance on the development of the national economy of Kazakhstan, its individual spheres, industries and enterprises. ON3 Identify the main trends in the use of computer technology in financial management of public institutions and financial organizations. Plan and manage the activities of enterprises, analyze the effectiveness of its financial operations and the effectiveness of the use of financial resources ON4 Use the norms of legislation in the field of taxes, banking system, insurance organizations, securities market, financial management. To apply and use the acquired economic knowledge in financial, monetary, insurance and credit institutions ON5 To determine the main trends in the use of computer technology in banking. Substantiate the reasons and prerequisites for banking transactions. Compare bank tariffs and investments, highlighting both common features and specifics. Analyze the causes and solutions to the problems of banking. ON6 To present scientific theories within the framework of modern scientific financial trends. To test theoretical knowledge in practical skills in the field of financial management of financial and economic objects. ON7 Use scientific methods and techniques to analyze financial processes in various spheres of the national economy, as well as the entire socio-political cluster. To chart the cyclical nature of financial processes taking place in the global economy, to understand and defend the national economic interests of Kazakhstan. ON8 Determine the content of the modern financial policy of the state and the region and trends in the development of the system of financial relations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Organize extensive knowledge about the theory and practice of financial risk management. ON9 Practice the ability to analytical thinking, logic, analysis, scientific substantiation and creative problem solving in the field of economics, systematization and generalization of information for the implementation and management of commercial, trade, currency, transport and customs, banking, financial and other operations ON10 Demonstrate impeccable knowledge of the basic methods, methods and means of obtaining, storing, processing financial information. Interpret the learning outcomes in the context of the course "Finance" and summarize them in the form of a research paper. To streamline the system of financial relations of a commercial enterprise, to understand the specifics of the implementation of financial relations in commercial organizations of various organizational and legal forms, to have a systematic understanding of the trends in the development of state and local finance, insurance, finance of business entities.
