Dear friends!

Al-Farabi KazNU Islamic Finance Scientific and Educational Centre is the first Islamic education provider in the country and in Central Asia. In cooperation with foreign universities (HBKU Qatar, UNIDA Gontor Indonesia, Amity India) and Astana International financial Centre we has educational, scientific, innovative and production potential which is aimed to the training of specialists of the highest qualification, further integration into the global educational space, development of fundamental and applied research, implementation them in financial sector.

We appreciate the high assessment of the Al-Farabi KazNU Islamic Finance Centre’s potential in promoting initiatives in Islamic Finance of the President of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev during his visit.

Our unique center is equipped with the latest technology and  software, which enables students to save time and gain knowledge with convenience and comfort.

Our faculty and PhD students publish the results of joint research with researches from leading universities and centres from Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, US, as articles, books and professional reports, which has made the impact on Islamic finance study and education. 

We also aim to integrate practice of financial organizations in to educational programs and courses, our partners from the financial sector of the country are Al-Saqr finance (Islamic leasing company), Ijara company (Islamic leasing company), Al-Hilal Bank (Islamic Bank), Zaman Bank (Islamic Bank), Waqp (charity fund), ICD (member of Islamic Development Bank group) and AIFC.

We offer programs for all form of education (off-line, face-to-face, in small groups, on-line) and level (bachelor elective course, Master program, PhD program, for professional certifications) in Islamic finance.
