25.02.2009 at 12.00 Begimbetov Yergali, Chairman of the Board of JSC "Insurance Company "AMANAT INSURANCE" conducted a master class.
The lecture was held to the 1st year students of the specialty "Finance" and "Logistics". Yergali spoke about the importance of soft skills in the management of the insurance company, shared his personal experience of a top Manager. Students were also interested to hear about models of management, products or strategy for the management of the company, such as turquoise paradigm of management, Kaizen, holocracy, unthinkable transformation, uncommon products, extraordinary leaders and aggressive strategies. He answered the questions of students and outlined the possibilities of cooperation of JSC "Insurance Company" AMANAT INSURANCE" and the Department of "Finance" in the framework of practical training of students and employment of graduates.
