Goal 4 "Quality education" is one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN for the period up to 2030. A graduate of the educational program "6B04103 - Economics" of the Higher School of Economics and Business in 2023 Satylkhan Baibek became the owner of the international scholarship "Bolashak". Satylkhan Baibek will continue his studies at the University of Pennsylvania for a master's degree.
A lot of outstanding personalities have come out of Pennsylvania: from breakthrough scientists to presidents (Donald Trump,Elon Musk, etc.).
While studying at the university, Baibek showed his high desire for knowledge and scientific research. His graduation work was highly appreciated by the state attestation commission.
