Recently, HSEB students had the opportunity to attend a meeting with Maksat Zharasbayev, the International HR Manager at INDITEX. The meeting was an incredible chance for the students to gain insights into the world of human resources and the fashion industry from an experienced professional.
Maksat shared his story of how he got into the field of HR and his experiences working in various companies and industries. He spoke about the importance of networking, continuous learning, and adaptability in achieving success in HR.
The students were fascinated by Zharasbayev's stories and asked him a variety of questions, ranging from his daily work routine to his advice for students interested in pursuing a career in HR. Maksat gave detailed and thoughtful answers to each question, providing valuable insights into the field and the company.
