The international round table "Model of University graduates' competencies in modern conditions", organized by the Department of Management, was held at al-Farabi Kazakh National University as part of the 50th international scientific and methodological conference.


The event is of particular importance, as it actualizes the issues of interaction with academic structures in Almaty, partner universities from Russia and Belarus, employers and graduates of the university in the development of the competence model of the university graduate. This was stated by the Dean of the Higher school of Economics and business, doctor of Economics, Professor R.K. Sagiyeva, Head of the Department of Management, doctor of Economics, Professor A.N. Turginbayeva.

Shmigirilova - in their reports paid attention to the competencies of project and public administration, as the most demanded in the modern labor market.

 

To increase the focus of the educational process on practice, the deputy head of the Strategy and Budget Department of the Almaty Akimat Zh.K. Zhazyltaeva made a proposal to link each specialized department of the economic faculty of the Higher School of Economics and Business with the state structure of the city of Almaty.
