The international round table "Model of University graduates' competencies in modern conditions", organized by the Department of Management, was held at al-Farabi Kazakh National University as part of the 50th international scientific and methodological conference.

Zhazyltaeva made a proposal to link each specialized department of the economic faculty of the Higher School of Economics and Business with the state structure of the city of Almaty.
