A master class “Developing a graduate model in the framework of harmonizing educational programs by training levels” was held at the HSE&B Conference Hall.
The purpose of the master class is to teach a methodology for effective quality management of design and implementation of basic educational programs and the competency model of a graduate, which allows to more clearly identify the strengths of this process and areas for improvement on a collegial basis and on the basis of feedback from students, faculty, graduates and consumers of services.
The master class was attended by graduates, employers, teaching staff, students and the Erasmus+ ENINEDU project team. As a result of the master class, urgent issues of competitiveness, shortcomings, level of competencies, advantages of graduates of our university were raised, what needs to be changed, what to look for, what attributes should be the basis of the modern competency model of the graduate, what types of cooperation should be developed between the university, graduates and employers.
