Inside the university essay competition on the topic "as I understand the university" among students of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National UniversityOn December 21, 2021, at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the Department of Health Policy and Organization solemnly announced the results of the university essay competition among students on the topic: "as I understand UHC". The essay contest, as well as the awards ceremony, was held online on the Zoom platform due to the pandemic in the country. From the day the competition was announced, students sent their essays to konkurs.essay@mail.ru in accordance with the requirements of the competition. 25 students from different faculties of our university took part in the competition. All works were interesting. Participants tried not only to highlight the problems and achievements, but also to suggest ways to solve some problems, and missed opportunities were also highlighted along with the achievements.The commission, having carefully studied all the essays, was guided not only by the original view on the given topic, but also by the richness of the language and style of presentation.Prize 1st place was awarded to the 3rd year student of the specialty "foreign philology" of the Faculty of Philology - Smagul Zhanibek. As a gift, the winner was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree and a memorable gift of Mukhtar Auezov's novel "The Way of Abai". Also, a student of our university, Ruslan Rakhimbaev, took 2nd place, a 2nd year student of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Abdiganiev Akbarali took 3rd place. All three winners were awarded special diplomas and memorable gifts. Rakhimbaev Ruslan was awarded a book by the author Durant. "Lessons of History", and Abdiganiev Akbarali, who took third place, was awarded a book by professor-endocrinologist M. E. Zeltser "Splashes of memory on diary pages." “-We knowingly chose books as prizes. We hope that the works of famous writers we have chosen will help students further develop their literary talent, enrich their horizons and the opportunity to get closer to the masterpieces of world literature.”At the end of the ceremony, the Head of the Department of Health Policy and Organization, Professor Kapanova Gulnara Zhambaevna dedicated her wishes to the students.
