Senior Lecturer of the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Evidence-Based Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine and Public Health of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Kuziyeva GD passed the training “Service Standards for Call-Center and Clinic Administrators” by an expert in medical services (Russia) Marina Makseyeva from the series “Service in Medicine” organized by the IMB company. The training participants were employees of medical and insurance organizations of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. A rich training program was informative not only theoretically, but also practically for health care workers. The organization of work, the purpose and tasks of the call center, the cycle of contact with the patient, the algorithm of telephone conversations with the patient, the techniques for resolving difficult situations in communicating with patients were considered. All this affects the satisfaction of patients with services that are provided in the clinic, the influx of primary treatment, as well as the number of repeated visits to the health care organization.
