At the department of turkology and indology "Altyn Kuz" competition was held
On November 15, 2011 in the hostel # 14 of KazNU's Oriental Studies Faculty "Altyn Kuz" competition was held. The event was organized by the teachers of Turkology and Indology Department G.Temenova, A.Nazarova and Sh.Saduova. This competiton is held every year as a holiday dedicated to saying good bye to autumn. Apart of the teachers of department, professors of Istanbul University Hayati Develi and Mehmet Arslan were invited. The students of 1st and 2nd courses presented their costumes of different fruits like banana, cherry, apple etc. All the costumes were created by the students. During the competition the students showed their creavity, ability working together in a team, self-reliance and commitment. At the end of a contest "Cherries" ger the 1st place, "Bananas" the 2nd place and "Peaches" with "Apples" shared the 3rd place. All the winners were awarded with certificates.
