Competitiveness in the labor market requires continuous improvement of the knowledge of employees of medical organizations, the acquisition and grinding of already acquired skills. The quality and effectiveness of the organizational structure of a medical organization is directly dependent on the literacy and professionalism of specialists. The modern world is unthinkable without immunoprophylaxis, which is the main event in reducing and eliminating infectious diseases. Today, a week-long refresher course for nurses “Current Issues of Immunoprophylaxis” was completed, which was conducted at the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Evidence-Based Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi. All students of the course successfully completed training and received certificates, which were officially handed over to students by the dean of the faculty, doctor of medical sciences, professor Kalmatаyeva Zh.A.
