Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Medical Faculty of the Kazakh National University. al-Farabi announces a set of students for 2018-19 academic year on the specialty "Physical Culture and Sport".

The main goal of the department: Preparation of highly qualified specialists in the field of physical culture and sports who have full integrated knowledge with basic disciplines, developed skills, skills and high professional competence in the field of physical education, methods of teaching sports, controlling and correcting the preparedness of schoolchildren and the athletes required by the instructor-coach. 

Training of specialists at the department is carried out within the framework of credit technology for a multilevel system: Undergraduate 5B010800 - Physical training and sports (4, 3, 2 years) Master's 6M010800 - Physical training and sports (2, 1 year) Doctoral degree 6D010800 - Physical training and sports (3 years)

The Department of Physical Education and Sports has successfully passed international accreditation for all levels of training and received ACQUIN certificates.

The department has a material and technical base (auditorium, computer classes, modern equipment for laboratory work on medical and biological disciplines, stock materials, 6 gyms for sports, 3 gyms, 2 gymnasium halls, a medical room, a stadium, 2 outdoor sports tennis courts, swimming pool) in accordance with the current sanitary and technical standards and ensuring the conduct of all types of theoretical and practical training provided by the curriculum, as well as e ciency of performing scientific research and experimental research masters and doctoral students.
