AN ONLINE CAREER GUIDANCE EVENT WAS HELD

On April 08, the Department of Biotechnology organized and conducted an online career guidance event for 2- and 3-year students enrolled in the Biotechnology educational program. At the event, the head of the department A.S. Kistaubayeva was shown a presentation material, where she acquainted students with the teaching staff, scientific activities of the department. The Department of Biotechnology is one of the leaders in training specialists in the field of biotechnology of microorganisms and plants, nanotechnology, biochemistry, plant ecophysiology, bioinformatics and biomedicine.
Further, the faculty of the department made short reports, where they gave more detailed information about the area of their scientific interest, areas of research and achievements.
The meeting continued in the Q&A format, during which students were able to get answers to all their questions.
