Foreign doctoral students’ study at the Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology:

In order to exchange practice among students of technical specialties in the framework of the program of the National Committee of the International Association of Kazakhstan (IAESTE), a third-year student of the Republic of Thailand Rattiyakorn Suwannara in 2019 completed an internship in the laboratory "Food Biotechnology" of the Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi. Under the leadership of Narmurotova Meiramkul Khudretovna (Ph.D., associate professor), during the practice, work was carried out to determine the protein composition of mare's milk.

High-class specialists in various fields of knowledge are especially valued in the modern labor market. Qualitative education is the key to successful employment and career advancement. All young people strive to act in the best higher educational institutions in the world in prestigious specialties. It is for this reason that the number of Kazakhs who want to study abroad is constantly growing.

Thus, the Department of Biotechnology is actively applying the practice of leading universities of the world, considers important interaction with students of foreign universities, joyfully opening the doors of our department.

On this day, the number of such students will grow from year to year, the Department of Biotechnology provided an opportunity for 14 students of foreign universities to attend training in one semester in 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic years, and this is only a small part of the work done.
