On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Public Fund "Fraction of Youth of Kazakhstan" and the youth wing "Jas Otan" with the support of the social development department under the akimat of the city of Almaty, the project "CREATIVE JASTAR" was held.

The project was attended by a 1-year undergraduate student in the specialty "Health Management" of the Department of Health Policy and Organization of the Faculty of Medicine and Health care of the Al-Farabi Kazakh national University  - Qaldarbek Orynbasar Nurlanuly.

The exhibition "Best Innovative Startups" was held within the framework of the project. The best 25 contestants, who passed several stages of selection, defended their projects in 12 nominations in front of the jury, experts and sponsors of the competition. During the event, 25 of the best 500 projects were presented, aimed at developing the innovative potential of youth, as well as developing the creative economy of our country. There were presented projects for the production of dental and medical simulators, projects to combat the environmental situation in the city, an innovative smart home system, a project for the production of a breather for purifying indoor air, the development of a mobile application to inform about upcoming events, the creation of a center for special people, and also projects for the development of tourism in the country.

The winner in the "Best innovative project" nomination was Orynbasar Nurlanuly Qaldarbek with the «BIO-Laboratory «ANB »  project, the essence of the project is ANB biolaboratory - as an alternative to traditional gypsum
