Christopher Pissarides, Nobel laureate in Economics, in the lecture "Human capital after the
fourth industrial revolution" (Human Capital in the Fourth Industrial Revolution), says that there
are very few areas where human soon will not be replaced by robots. These are health care,
education, hospitality, real estate, household and personal services and others.
Analysts predict global technologization, and therefore IT and robotics will affect all spheres of
activity. Even the Humanities will not be able to do without the basics of programming and
algorithmization.
Among these trends are how Universities prepare future specialists, what competencies
graduates should have to become popular, how to develop educational programs for the economy
4.0.
