November 14, 2018 at the department of physical education and sport was the republican "National dictation" in Latin, initiated by the committee of language policy of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the mass event is a wide propaganda of the new Kazakh alphabet being introduced, the formation of practical skills of using it in the Latin alphabet.
