The medical faculty of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi from December 6-15, 2017, according to the program of attracting foreign specialists, held an international seminar on the topic: "Scientific organization of the educational process" with the invitation of the associate professor of the Asia-Pacific University (Beppu, Japan), the International consultant for technical assistance in assessing the potential of mammological services for various levels of the health care system in Kazakhstan, international coordinator of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Serik Meirmanov.

The seminar was attended by researchers, faculty, young scientists, doctoral students, undergraduates, residents, students of the Republic of Kazakhstan. PPP and trainees gained practical skills in the use of indexed databases Scopus, Medline, EBSCO for the preparation of their own scientific articles, as well as questions on types and objectives of research in the field of public health, identification of scientific issues, statistical reporting, authorship criteria, etc.

The idea of holding a scientific and practical seminar was the need and requests from undergraduates, doctoral students, a group of researchers of the medical faculty on the international scientific organization of the educational process.

An analysis of the assessment of the seminar on evaluation sheets showed that 95% of the participants noted the information, accuracy, availability, relevance of the topic, a detailed and clear presentation of the material, presentation visibility and ease of use.
