For many years you have been the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, as well as in the Department of Magistracy of the Faculty and the University. Considering your high professional level, responsibility at work, your guidelines and endurance, you were offered to become the Dean of the Life Sciences-pedagogical faculty of the SKSU named after M. Auezov in 2005-2007.

You are the author of more than 200 scientific and educational works. In recent years, you have translated several textbooks from foreign languages ​​into Kazakh. In addition, you worked as part of the Commission on Magistracy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and participated in the development of master's programs and contributed to the opening of the magistracy in the universities of the country.

In addition to educational work, under your leadership research projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a specialist in biochemistry, biotechnology. plant physiology and embryology. Under your leadership as a scholar-teacher, 3 Ph.D. theses, more than 90 master's and final works were defended.
