Acting associate professor of the department of Mechanics N. Kalieva and deputy head of the department of Mechanics on scientific and innovation activities and international affairs N.Doszhan are taking part in the 11th Nanosatellite Symposium  and in the annual meeting of the UNISEC Global Organization which takes place in Istanbul from October 17 to October 22, 2022. This event is attended by leading scientists in the field of micro and nanosatellite design, as well as representatives of companies involved in the production of components for spacecraft and organizing launches from 24 countries. Within the framework of this event, issues of mission planning, design, launch and operation of micro, nanosatellites and small spacecraft constellations are considered. The problems of design and operation of nanosatellites are discussed, new ideas and ways of solving existing problems are proposed. 

On October 12-14, the International Conference “Computational and Information Technologies in Science, Engineering and Education (CITech-2022)” dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the birth of Academician Nadirov Nadir Karimovich and the 80th anniversary of Academician Otelbayev Mukhtarbay Otelbayevich was held. The CITech International Scientific and Practical Conference has a long history and rich traditions, and has been held regularly since 2002.

Thanks to the well-coordinated work, as well as the labor discipline shown by the students, it was possible to develop schemes for all academic buildings and dormitories of the University in a short time. The knowledge gained over the years of training has been successfully applied by them in practice.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of mechanics of kaznu Doszhan Nursultan Saginayevich took part in a seminar on the methods of space engineering education at the Tokyo Kenshu center and Nihon University in Tokyo, Japan from August 18 to 31, 2022.

In the period of April 6-8, at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, the international scientific conference of students and young scientists "Farabi Alemi" was held offline.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and educational programs in the oil industry. Accordingly, students can also take an internship at KazMunayGas.
