The names of the winners of the contest "The best university teacher - 2022" became known. The Republican competition Commission selected the best of the best in the profession. 775 applicants from 71 higher educational institutions of the country participated in the competition.
4th year students of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, took part in the 2nd international educational program SPINAKER, organized by AGH UST University in Krakow from December 8 to 18, 2022. The event was attended by 40 students from 10 universities.

Askhat Aimagambetov met with teachers-coaches of the National Robotics Team of the Republic of Kazakhstan Asylbek Myrzakhmetov and Nurdaulet Dosmagambet. The minister congratulated his colleagues on the victory of students at the World Robotics Championship FIRST GLOBAL CHALLENGE – 2022 in Switzerland. This Robotics Championship is one of the most prestigious in the world. Victory will allow students to enter the world's leading universities. They competed with peers from 167 countries around the world and scored the most points. For three days, the students held 16 game competitions, none of them lost the competition and set a record for the number of points. In addition to the first place in the Championship, the national team of Kazakhstan won the al-Khwarizmi gold medal "for excellent support" for teams from other countries, as well as a special award JUDGES AWARD for the best engineering solutions in robot development.
The Round table was attended by a member of the Board -Vice-Rector for Operations Asel Uvalieva, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Internationalization Erkzhan Apsemetova, coordinators of Erasmus+ projects implemented in KazNU, as well as participants of the project «619011-EPP-1-2020-1-KZ-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP New Courses in Geospatial Engineering for Climate Change Adaptation of Coastal Ecosystems» (GEOCLIC).
