In the trans-boundary biosphere reserve "Big Altai" which is located in Katon-Karagai in the East Kazakhstan region, the UNESCO Cluster Bureau holds an international seminar "UNESCO Biosphere Reserves". Associate Professor at the Department of UNESCO, International Journalism and Media in Society, Candidate of Philosophy sciences Argynbaeva Makpal Khalelovna holds a seminar for journalists and the media of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the presentation of the UNESCO communication strategy. The seminar brought together more than 40 young professionals from Kazakhstan and foreign countries.
