On 28.04.2023, an open lesson "Environment" was held for students of the BT 22-01 and BT 22-02 groups in order to familiarize students with current factors affecting the ecology of the city and ways to solve them within the framework of modern environmental problems.

Goal:

Increasing students' knowledge about the relationship between man and nature and the importance of nature in human life.

Tasks:

- Formation of students' attitude to nature;

- Familiarization with the ecological situation of modern cities;

- Rational use and replenishment of natural resources

The event was held at the Department of Biotechnology of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology with the participation of 1st year undergraduates. During the lesson, undergraduates presented the subject of urban ecology to students in the form of a presentation, then group work was carried out with the assignment of problem tasks, at the end of the lesson the game kahut was played. The students took part in the lesson in full, with great activity.

"I really liked today's lesson. I think that undergraduates conducted classes at a high level. The lesson discussed various problematic issues that exist at the moment, and also in this open lesson we shared our thoughts about the state of nature, the main problems of cities at the moment, how to use natural resources economically, to find a biotechnological solution to the problems of waste processing."

Merey:

"I really liked the lesson.Everything is well organized, at the open lesson we were divided into 4 groups, where we considered and discussed the main problems of the cities of Kazakhstan, including Almaty, Shymkent, Semey, Atyrau, and ways to solve them.At the end we played various games, of which the most interesting was the game kahut."
