 Today, a solemn presentation of diplomas for graduates of the Faculty of Law of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi 7M04212 took place - on the educational program of the double diploma "Marine and Energy Law" together with Baku State University (Republic of Azerbaijan)

with the participation of the rector Yelchin Babaev.

The presentation of diplomas for undergraduates under the double degree program is one of the most important moments for the Faculty of Law. This is due to the fact that undergraduates are the first graduates of this educational program.

On October 13, 2022, a master class on the development of learning outcomes in the discipline was conducted by the deputy head of the Department for Educational and methodological work, PhD, associate professor Aidarkhanova K.N. The procedures for determining the expected learning outcomes in the discipline and their reflection in practical classes, IWS and final control issues were shown and explained. The students understood the algorithm for developing learning outcomes, the ways of formulating each LO according to Bloom's taxonomy, and the place of each discipline's LO in learning outcomes in the educational program as a whole. The teachers of the department were trained.

The Faculty of Law and the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law of KazNU held a meeting with Professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Korea (74th place in the world ranking) Hoyoung Shin and a delegation of lawyers and businessmen from Korea. At the meeting, the main directions and prospects for interaction between law faculties in the field of tax and financial law were discussed. The meeting was held in a very lively and friendly atmosphere.

On October 3, 2022, at 12:00, an open lesson was held in honor of the Doctor of Law, the famous scientist Mukhitdinov Najmitdin Baukeevich in the 302 auditorium in the 301 group. The topic of the open lesson is "The scientific path of Mukhitdinov Nazhmitdin Baukeevich". At the open lesson, the scientific works of the scientist Mukhitdinov N.B., born on May 9, 1940, were studied, and analyzed by students the life path of the scientist in the field of science.

N. B. Mukhitdinov - a scientist who left a big mark in the Kazakh legal science. N.B. Mukhitdinov is the founder of the science of investment and financial law of Kazakhstan.

On the third of October, an open lesson on the discipline of land law was held among 3rd-year students of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law. Land use law was widely considered as the main topic of the open lesson, as well as a comprehensive analysis of the topic among students was conducted. The analysis of the topic was based on the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted on June 20, 2003 and with amendments and additions in 2022. At the open lesson, important issues were raised: the concept of land use law, its types, foundations and subjects of land use law, etc. Students consolidated the knowledge gained during the lesson by solving various puzzles, interesting crosswords. Students received answers to questions on the regulation of land relations in order to ensure the rational use and protection of land, reproduction of soil fertility, preservation and improvement of the natural environment; creating conditions for the equal development of all forms of management. The open lesson was attended by teachers of the department Kalymbek B., Kuanalieva G. A., Yesekeeva A. A.

30.09.2022 at the KazNU named after Al-Farabi, at the Faculty of Law, in group 309, a meeting was held with the teachers of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law B. Kalymbek and S. Adilgazy in honor of the day of teachers. At the beginning of October, in our state, as in other countries of the world, a wonderful holiday is celebrated as Teacher's Day.
