An open day was held at the Faculty of Oriental Studies on April 11th. Many students came from different districts of Almaty city. The dean and deputies of the faculty, the senior advisor gave a speech to the school students who came with the participation of the teachers  of the four departments of the faculty, introduced the life of the faculty, and sang songs in foreign languages . F.Daulet, the teacher of the Department of Chinese Studies, who revived the Oriental Museum. Daulet introduced the famous scholars of the East to the guests. The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Almaty, who participated in the event, and spoke about the cultural and linguistic ties between Kazakhstan and Iran. A letter of thanks was given to the visiting distinguished guests and teachers. In the end, he visited the educational building. Associate Professor of Chinese Studies E.
