Third and second year advisors Bisenbaeva A.P. and Katbaeva G.K. conducted a seminar on the topic “Fight against nicotine” among their students. Students actively participated in the seminar, which was an information campaign about the harmful effects of smoking and ways to overcome nicotine addiction.

The seminar featured various trainings and discussions, during which students received up-to-date information about the effects of nicotine on the body and psyche, as well as ways and methods of quitting smoking.

Particular attention was paid to providing a variety of resources to support students in their fight against nicotine. Contacts of specialists, availability of counseling, and information about support groups for those trying to quit smoking were offered.

The event also included a practical component - students were called upon to test their personal abilities and skills by participating in simulations of real-life situations that may arise in the process of quitting smoking.

“Fighting Nicotine” was an excellent opportunity for students to gain useful knowledge and skills in the fight against smoking, as well as exchange experiences and ideas. The seminar aroused great interest and active participation from students, demonstrating their readiness for change and desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
