On February 26, senior lecturer of the Department of Chinese Studies Koibakova Aizhan held a methodological seminar. The topic of the seminar is "The formation of translation skills in students: mnemonics and situational approaches". In addition to the specifics of oral translation, techniques for practicing oral translation were demonstrated at the seminar. The strength of the translator's memory, his high level and training largely determine the quality of translation. Therefore, students were told and experimentally demonstrated the techniques used to improve memory.
