The teachers of the Department of Chinese Studies were awarded certificates.
On November 11, 2021, at the Confucius Institute of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a three-month training course for teachers of Chinese Studies Faculty of Oriental Studies, organized with the support of Lanzhou University, China, was held. Ms. Yerkezhan, Head of the Department of International Cooperation of the Kazakh National University, presented certificates of advanced training to teachers.The ceremony was attended by the dean of the faculty Y.M. Paltore, Head of the Department of Chinese Studies E.A. Kerimbaev, Director of the Confucius Institute R.O. Asylbekov.Faculty and department leaders took advantage of the partnership with Lanzhou University, which provided teachers with a good opportunity to improve their skills and gain extensive experience in the field of education. During the course, 15 teachers of the department got acquainted with the latest methods of teaching world languages, including Chinese, and exchanged experiences.We hope that the new methods and experiences gained by the teachers of the Department of Chinese Studies during this course will improve their professional skills in the field of education and lead to new scientific research.
