Cultural event "Historic buildings of the Chinese capital"

October 25, 2021 was held an event "Beijing Gugung Palace, Ihiyuan Horde, Sikhiyuan Courtyards Populated by the People of Beijing." The event was attended by teachers and students of the Chinese language.

Dozens of scholarly articles and books have shown that historic buildings in the Chinese capital, Beijing, including the Gugong Palace in Beijing, the Yhiyuan Horde, and the Sikhiyuan courtyards in Beijing, are unbreakable testimonies to centuries of Chinese living culture.

Experts consider Beijing's historic buildings to be the brainchild of the human mind, as well as a well-preserved historical heritage.

So what is the role of tarnished buildings in China, such as the palaces of the Horde, in the study of cultural heritage? What are their features? What historical events are hidden behind them?

Serik Mustafauly, senior lecturer of the Department of Sinology, answered these and many other questions in his lecture.
