An evening dedicated to the Chinese New Year was held

On 05.02.2021 was held an online cultural event "Chinese New Year" organized by the Consulate General of China in Almaty, Al Farabi -Kazakh National University, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Kazakh Ablai khan University of international relations and world languages and Confucius Institute and with the support of Sinan University of China Teachers and students of Chinese language schools in Almaty took an active part in the online concert. This event was one of the most interesting for everyone. Teachers and students of the Department of Chinese Studies Faculty of Oriental Studies, KazNU and members of the circle "Silk Road" of the same department also took part in the event and demonstrated their skills. In particular, they shared songs about the New Year and made various images on paper. The participants of the event were immersed in the history, traditions and customs of the Chinese New Year and witnessed many interesting events.
