3rd year students of the Faculty of International Relations majoring in "World Economy" Nina Vasilyeva, Aidar Ibraimov and Adilet Kabulov took part in the XIV Republican Student Subject Olympiad in the specialty "6B04104-World Economy". The scientific supervisor of the students was Ph.D. in Economics, senior lecturer of the Department of MO and ME Medukhanova L.A.

As part of the educational visit under the "Visiting Professor" program at the Faculty of International Relations of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a well-known scientist, PhD doctor, professor of PFUR and NRU HSE from Russia Morgunova Oksana Alekseevna conducted lectures and practical classes.

Teacher of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of International Relations, Department of International Relations and International Economics, moderator - Candidate of Economic Sciences, Senior Lecturer Perneeva GA 2.12.2021 organized a round table with students of 3-4 courses of the Kazakh and Russian groups of the specialty "International Economics" on "Achievements of Independence - the level of economic development."     The meeting, which began at 2:00 pm in room 216 of the Faculty of International Relations, was attended by invited guests and members of the Department of International Relations and International Economics.

Within the framework of the "30 weeks in honor of the 30th Anniversary" roadmap by Al Farabi Kazakh National University regarding the 30th Anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Institute for Security and Cooperation Problems and the Resource Center for American and Democratic Studies will hold international conference called "Evolution of the multi-vector foreign policy of the Republicof Kazakhstan: theory and practice".

At the Department of International Relations and World Economy of the Faculty of International Relations, the monograph “THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS PRACTICE AND EDUCATION” edited by Joanna Dyczkowska, an Associate Professor of the Department “Costing, Tax Management and Controlling” of Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (Poland) was presented.
