Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Representative Office of the German Public Association "Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Kazakhstan" held a presentation of Togzhan Kasenova's book "Atomic Step: How Kazakhstan Gave Up the Bomb».

On October 5, 2022 at the Faculty of International Relations of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with the support of the Representative Office of the MFA of the RK in Almaty a round table on "The role of CICA in modern international relations" was held. The large-scale event took place in the framework of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA). 

On October 1, within the walls of the Faculty of International Relations, a new project “Etiquette” began its work. Within the framework of the project, the first event was held in the format of a round table on the topic “Different approaches to assessing international events; Double standarts". The students discussed issues regarding the current situation in the world.

First-year students of the specialty “Translation in the field of international and legal relations" visited the Kazakh State Academic Theater for Children and Youth named after Gabit Musrepov, a play called “Kyzyl oramaldy Shynarym”.

During the meeting the parties discussed issues of strengthening mutual cooperation in the field of scientific researches6 sharing experience between staff, training of young scientists, creating a joint educational program.

KazNU have organized an International Round Table dedicated to the International Day of Peace.
