In the 8-section of the Conference, 30 scientific articles were submitted by undergraduates and doctoral students of such higher educational institutions as: Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakh-German University, K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University.

Based on the speeches of the speakers, the Commission made the following decision on awarding the prizes of the Conference (Section 8):

On April 10, 2021 at 11: 00 on the ZOOM platform at the Department of "International Law" of the Faculty of International Relations of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was held an educational event on the topic "Covid-19 and the Vaccine" by 1st year master's student Tursunbayeva Aisana and Acting Associate Professor, PhD doctor Nysanbekova Lyazzat Begimzhanovna. As an expert was invited Kaltaev Ilyas Sabitovich, the specialist of the Kyzylorda City Multidisciplinary Hospital and resident of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S. D. Asfediyarov. Students of KazNPU , Satpayev University, KazGASA, KazNAU, Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages JSC, and Hasettepe University of Turkey also took part in the event with great interest. The expert gave a definition of the concept of Covid-19 and information about its pathogenesis, etiology, antigen, protocol and vaccination. During the conversation, the participants asked the expert a number of such questions: "Why is it important to get the vaccine?, Should we get the vaccine?, What other diseases does the Vaccine protect against?, When should we get the vaccine?, Who should not get the vaccine?". During the event, the participants received answers to their questions from expert. Currently, vaccination is one of the most relevant topics in the country, so the answers of expert experts are very important for students.

On April 07, 2021 at the Department of International Law, Faculty of International Relations of Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi was held training and educational event: "Protection of personal data", organized by Talgatova K.S. - 1st year master of "International Law" and Baimagambetova Z.M. - PhD., associate professor of the International Law Department of Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi.

         The purpose of the event: improving legal literacy and legal education on the protection of personal data and the level of social awareness.

         The event was attended by 3rd year students of the specialty "International Law" and the invited guest, Assel Abdildinova, lawyer of Legal Department of International Audit and Consulting Company KPMG in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. During the event the students actively discussed the topical issues of legal protection of personal data, safe behavior on the Internet, the problem of responsibility for the disclosure of personal data, the problem of combating fraud.

       Assel Abdildinova shared her professional experience and responded to the questions of students on the protection of personal data privacy, examples of judicial practice in disputes about the disclosure and leakage of personal data. The event took place in a discussion format and was very interesting and informative.

On April 7, at the Department of International Law of the Faculty of International Relations of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, an educational event was held on the topic «Абай-дара, Абай-дана қазақта!», organized by the 1st-year master's student of the specialty "International Law" Zhalgas D. N. and                Ph. D., Associate professor Tusupova A. Zh. The event was actively attended by students of the 1st and 3rd courses of the specialty "International Law", who expressed their opinion and told about the work of Abay. The students were presented with a special video. During the event, they were introduced to the poems and songs of Abay Kunanbayev. Also, the students А. Dzhamanbayeva, D. Serikkanova told about the life of the great poet and others. The words of Abai's edification, built on a deep and complex opinion, telling about the good and bad, calling on the people to go forward, were performed by the 3rd year students A. Appazov, A. Bazarbayev, O. Seitkadyr. At the end of the educational event, test questions were offered concerning the life and work of the great Abai. All the students present correctly answered the questions, expressed their thoughts about the past event, and expressed good wishes.

On April 2, a large-scale educational event was held on the theme «The Latin alphabet is the key of the future». The event was organized by 1st year master's student student of the specialty «international law» KazNU named after al-Farabi Erbolov D.E. , Ph.D. associate professor of KazNU named after Al-Farabi Altayeva K. Zh. , Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Zhaylau Zhanat, Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Lecturer of «Almaty University» Adyrbekova Zhanar, together with students of KazNU named after al-Farabi specialty «international law» and students of «Almaty University» specialty «law», «pedagogy and psychology». https://almaty-university.edu.kz/ During the event, issues, the main reasons and prospects for the translation of the Kazakh writing from the Cyrillic alphabet into the Latin script were discussed.

On March 25, 2021, an international symposium was held dedicated to the great Italian poet, one of the founders of the literary Italian language Dante Alighieri. The event was organized by the Italian Embassy in Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by experts and scholars from different countries of the world related to Italian culture. Among the invited experts was the Head of the Department of International Relations and World Economy, Director of the Center for Romance Studies of Al-Farabi KazNU Chukubaev Ermek Samarovich. The symposium was held at a high level in accordance with the program of the event with informative reports and a sincere atmosphere.

On March 12, an event was held to discuss the film «Capernaum». This event was organized by the senior teacher of the department Altayeva K. Zh., with the participation of students of the 2nd and 3rd courses specializations «international law». Capernaum is a small child in a poor Beirut family who has to live a big life, regardless of age. After that, we learn the story of the child and easily understand why he complains about the father and mother. Zain is the head of the household, and he works, helps the younger ones, and there are a lot of them that you can't even count. Parents can not provide any of the children with a safe life and even provide them with love, care, clean clothes. But the most important thing is that these people are so poor that even one of the children does not have a birth certificate. Therefore, they can't go to school, they can't get medical care in the hospital. And when they grow up, they won't have a passport. The issues of not only raising children, but also drug addiction and poverty are considered. It follows that if parents created conditions for a better life for their child, the number of such families would decrease. At the event, students expressed their thoughts and opinions, and actively discussed them.
