Dear colleagues!

Let us inform you that the partners of the Al-Farabi University of KazNU from the University of Salento (Lecce, Italy) are planning to hold a scientific seminar within the framework of the Erasmus Plus project for the exchange of scientific and cultural knowledge between students and teachers of the two universities.

Valeria Specchia, Professor at the University of Salento, Italy, will speak at the seminar.

The main goal of the seminar is:

- representing the activities and organization of the University of Salento.

- to familiarize students and teachers with research topics in the field of genetics at the University of Salento.

Topic of the scientific seminar: Recent research advances in the eukaryotic nuclear organization, focusing on the relationship between epigenetic modifications and chromatin organization and its roles in human diseases
