It is undeniable that at the present stage, when the global information flow and diverse culture merge, our traditions and history strengthen our national spirit and Kazakh character. As much as our people are richer in art, language, customs, so much richer in national dress. From the early century to the present day, there is not only a modern work of Kazakh craft, but also a lot of Kazakh national outfits that have not gone out of use in accordance with modern trends. Our national dress, embodied in the image of an entire nation, preserved in its centuries-old appearance, is an ethno-cultural value that represents the Kazakh people all over the world.                                                                                                                         In this regard, the curator-adviser of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi Mukhatayeva Karlygash Akparovna and PhD students of the 1st year held an event on the theme "National clothes – the heritage of the people". The goal is to promote national clothing.                                                                         During the event, the features and history of the Kazakh national clothing and jewelry, as well as valuable facts about them were announced. A discussion was also organized among those gathered at the event related to the modern fitting of national clothes, the combination of skullcaps and jewelry, as well as so that the current young generation would wear skullcaps and kazakins in accordance with their tastes.                                                                                                                         At the end of the event, the group's adviser Karlygash Akparovna expressed her opinion.                                                                                                                     - Today's event is held to demonstrate the importance of national clothing, to get acquainted with its history, and to promote among young people. National clothing embodies not only our external beauty, but also the spiritually rich world, craft and skill of our people. The whole inner world, philosophical views of Kazakhs are described by ornaments. Hakim Abai has a saying: "through the rite of wearing clothes, a person's behavior, his position in society, his being is determined." Therefore, you and I must promote our national identity without forgetting about it," Karlygash Akparovna summed up the event.                              The educational event organized by PhD students of the 1st year "National clothes – the heritage of the people", in which the history and role of our national clothes were discussed today, was held at a high level.                                          If we say that the future is in the hands of young people, then the duty of honoring national traditions is placed on our shoulders, without violating the basis of the Kazakh character in them.
