In general, Kazakhstan’s relations with such a Turkic state as Azerbaijan are becoming ever stronger. Many achievements are achieved not only economically, but also historically and culturally, and today in the two countries there are many ways to promote our common values. Confirmation of this is the establishment of the journal "World of Azerbaijan", which is dedicated to Kazakhstan. The opening of the journal "World of Azerbaijan" took place in the National Library of Almaty. During the event, the famous poet Olzhas Suleimenov was awarded the gold medal “Son of the Fatherland”. This, in turn, determined the friendship of the two countries. President of the Dede Gorgud Foundation Eldar Ismailov said: «The main goal of the Dede Gorgud and World of Azerbaijan magazines is to promote the common culture of Turkic-speaking countries and strengthen fraternal relations. Many countries of the world are grateful to Kazakhstan. As you know, during the famine, many nations came to the Kazakh land. The Kazakhstanis greeted them and shared their bread. This story is never forgotten. Today, under the auspices of the First President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, a lot of work has been done for the Turkic world. Let us strengthen the friendship between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan».

The ceremony was attended by famous people of the country, poet, Turkologist Olzhas Suleimenov, representatives of the Embassy of Azerbaijan, the Committee of the Azerbaijani Diaspora, consulates, dean of the Faculty of Philology of  РһD Y. Paltore, teachers and professors of the Turksoy department. The event was held by the Vice-President of the Republican Friendship Society Heydar Aliyev, corresponding member of the International Academy of Sciences Kenzhina Nasikha Gumarovna.

The presentation of the scientific and educational journal “World of Azerbaijan” was held in Almaty at the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 27^th of September.

The international journal World of Azerbaijan includes large-scale topics such as articles by scientists analyzing the scientific heritage of Azerbaijan and the Turkic world as a whole, the current linguistic situation and language policy in Kazakhstan and the world, the national language in the process of historical and cultural development, and the transition to Latin script , Actual problems of professional education in the state language in educational institutions, world spiritual values ​​and scientific articles on intercultural issues.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Omarovich Suleimenov, one of the country's outstanding scientists, a Kazakh poet, linguist, politician, opponent of the massive use of nuclear weapons, made a presentation of the scientific and educational journal, conveying good wishes to our event. In addition, in order to convey international and historical experience to the next generations, we expressed hope that the journal printed on the Azerbaijani schedule will become an indispensable source of information for valuable generations of researchers.

At the same time, the speech was given to the Dean of the Oriental Studies Faculty, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University PhD Paltore Ykiyar Moldoreorety. To date, the general conditions for the development of cooperation in the field of science, Turkic languages ​​and the mother tongue in essence in vocational education, provided testimony, have expressed a desire to be a great forum.
