Scientific seminar of Professor Mehmet Naci Onal and Professor Zuhal Olmez
On November 29, 2018, the Turksoy Research and Education Center at the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, Faculty of Oriental Studies, organized a scientific and methodological seminar with the presence of professors from the University of Mugla Sitki Kocman
Mehmet Naci Onal and Zuhal Olmez from Yildiz Technical University.
Professor Zuhal Olmez shared with the scientific works made on the topic “Dictionaries in Chagatai language”. The scientist presented detailed information about the first dictionary in the Chagatay language "Abushka". Professor Mehmet Naci Onal made a presentation on the topic “Methods of literary research”. In his report, the scientist Mehmet Onal noted the importance of literary tales in raising children and shared the methods used in their research.
The seminar was attended by teachers, undergraduates and students of our faculty. At the end of the seminar, participants were given the opportunity to ask their questions and discuss topics of interest to them.
