On the 18th of January 2018, the President addressed the people with the program "New Opportunities for the Development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution". At the Faculty of Oriental Studies, a was held a meeting with the world-class sports master, the deserved coach of Kazakhstan boxing, the champion of the Olympic Games in Sydney Ermakhan Ibraimov within the framework of the projects "Айналанды нурландыр " and "Салауатты өмір ".

The meeting was opened by Dr. PHD. The dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies  Yktiyar Paltore: "Dear teachers and students! This year, President Nursultan Nazarbayev's appeal is aimed at solving the most important tasks that our society needs. "People who know their history, language, culture and have mastered foreign languages, having their own worldview, are obliged to translate their ideals into reality," he quoted the words of the Head of State. Today is a special day for our faculty. Here is the long-awaited guest, the idol of the youth, to the multiple champion of Kazakhstan - Yermakhan Sagiuly. Yermakhan Ibraimov appealed to the youth: "The future of the country is in your hands, so the Head of State has high hopes for you. The president's recent address to the country determined how to act more specifically. The mechanism of public administration is in your hands, because you are an educated, progressive youth of our state. In addition, you study at the most prestigious Al-Farabi University. You do not even suspect, but before I became a national pride, I was a graduate of this university. How did the ordinary son of the shepherd reach these heights? The merit of that, the calmness of our country, the constant support to the athletes from the President,  love of my people, and our own painstaking work. I dreamed that I would be an athlete. The result is in front of you. Now I'm the director of the Republican Boxing Center. Go in for sports. It's never too late to start training. But only with a sincere intention and desire to improve. Only then will a healthy society become a perfect secular state. Spiritual rebirth is working with oneself. "
