DEAR COLLEAGUES!

Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University invites you to take part in the international scientific and practical conference "Problems of ensuring environmental law and order in the environmental safety system" (Baysalov Readings 2023) as part of the implementation of a research project of grant funding of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic: IRN AP14872548 "Modern ecological law and order: Kazakhstan case", IRN AP14870596 "Problems of legal regulation of rational use and protection of pasture ecosystems" will be held on April 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

The purpose of the conference is to discuss actual theoretical problems of ensuring environmental order and rational use of natural resources, issues of law enforcement in the activities of state bodies.

Areas of work of the conference:

• theoretical and methodological aspects of legal provision of environmental safety;

• environmental law and order in the environmental safety system;

• legal nature of ecosystems, principles of their rational use and protection;

• legal regime of natural resources and complexes, pasture ecosystems and pasture lands as an object of rights to land and property;

• legal problems of the economic mechanism of rational use and protection of natural resources;

• state policy in the field of formation of the state ideology in the field of environmental education and education;

• problems of compensation for damage caused by violation of environmental legislation, guarantees of protection of the rights of citizens and legal entities in the field of environmental protection and nature management.

• the role and powers of public associations in ensuring environmental law and order;

• activities of state bodies in ensuring environmental law and order and rational use of natural resources;

A section of poster presentations is planned in the collection, for everyone who wants to take part in this conference in all areas of legal science.

The conference will be attended by leading scientists of Kazakhstan and foreign countries, representatives of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international and national experts, representatives of civil society, teaching staff, doctoral and undergraduates of universities, schoolchildren, media representatives.
