Purpose of the EP is Training of a lawyer who has the knowledge and competencies required to work in the areas of legal support for business, financial activities, government regulation, able to engage in law enforcement and expert activities in order to meet the needs of Kazakhstan, foreign and international financial organizations, business structures, government agencies, non-governmental organizations and quasi-governmental bodies based on the application of legal knowledge in the field of support, evaluation, selection, consulting and analysis.

The purpose of the EP is to train qualified specialists who have General cultural and professional competencies and fundamental basic knowledge in the field of customs affairs, who are able to manage the movement of goods across the customs border, ensure law and order in the customs sphere, who are able to perform the functions of customs officials, specialists and experts in the field of professional activity.
