On November 30, 2023, the director of the Center "Study of Modern China", professor of the Department of Chinese Studies, Nabizhan Mukamethanuly, held a scientific seminar on the topic "Relationships between article study and scientific article writing". The seminar was organized according to the department's plans for scientific seminars. The seminar was attended by teachers, doctoral students and master's students. Nabizhan Mukamethanuly shared his accumulated experience as a scientist who has been engaged in science for more than 40 years. The professor thoroughly explained to them the intricacies of writing an article, stressing the difficulties and shortcomings of young scientists who are currently studying for master's and doctoral studies in writing articles. The lecture, which began with the types of articles, continued with the methods of collecting scientific data and materials, setting specific goals and objectives, creating a plan, and then making a conclusion. It was possible to see that the seminar was useful and interesting for the young scientists who participated, just by looking at the questions asked at the end. Professor Mukamethanuly gave a comprehensive answer to the questions and concluded the meeting by telling young scientists that they should continue to work tirelessly on the path of difficult science "like digging a well with a needle".
